Description: For use with helium-filled 9" or 11" latex or 18" round, heart and square Microfoil, and 20" star Microfoil balloons. The clip allows you to attach balloons to almost anything. Designed to hold down 1 helium-filled 11" latex or 18" Microfoil balloon. Ribbon and balloons sold separately. Complies with CPSIA, Prop 65.
